Rules and Guidelines



First and Most Importantly

      Respect other members of Sisters With Heart.
      You must treat every member as you wish to be treated, in a fair and caring manner. Any member that abuses another member in any way will immediately be removed from the group. If you find that you have a problem, you are asked to email Brenda, and she will help you.

      or Witchcraft will NOT be accepted for membership.* * *

      **You Must Have A Website To Join**






    1)   You must be at least 18 years old to join. This group is by invitation only.

    2)   Sites containing profanity or pornography will NOT be permitted, nor will sites displaying racism, hatred, violence, or sites promoting illegal activity. There will be no association with any sites that may be offensive to the general public or a threat to members. IF your site is linked to any site with the above content you will not be accepted for membership.

    3)   No commercial sites

    4)   You Must place your plaque on the url you give us, and link it back to our home.

    5)   In order to be a member of this group, you must agree to be on at least one of committee. All members who are inactive for a period over 30 days will have their membership revoked. Sisters With Heart does allow members to take up to a 30 day LOA

    6)   IF YOU ARE USING AOL as your email, we ask that you supply us with an alternate email, as we have problems emailing to these addresses.

    7)   Members are not permitted to use the Sisters With Heart Website or Membership Listing to recruit members for other groups.
    Failure to comply will result in termination of your membership.

    8)   We do not allow any hints or implication of needing money or monetary help. This will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. If this is seen happening in any Sisters with Heart group, you will be removed immediately with no notice.

    9)   Roll call will be done once a month, please reply asap.

    10) In this group, you are to use your own name. No made-up or fancy names!

    11) You may not for any reason collect other members email addresses.

    12) There will be NO CROSS POSTING to our mail groups.

    13) You CAN NOT list all the groups you belong to on your mail

    RULES CONCERNING EMAIL WITHIN THE GROUP
    Several of our members are on dial-up connections .. so to reduce "load" time .. the following rules are enforced
    No Stationery ... No music within emails ... No large sigtags
